Integrated Quality Management (IQM) Solution

Leveraging our knowledge of the NPDI process and strong expertise in PLM applications, we have developed a solution framework - Integrated Quality Management (IQM) on a PLM backbone. The IQM solution helps to manage (define or identify, build, track and validate) the evolving quality of the product across its development lifecycle in a progressive manner. It helps planning the comprehensive product quality initiatives, capturing (and later tracing) the customer requirements, and also capturing and focusing on the quality critical product attributes at the early stages. It facilitates built in quality processes through automated rules and events based product validation followed by quality alerts and notifications to the concerned stakeholders.
Our Integrated Quality Management (IQM) solution helps implementing 'First Time Right' by linking the quality steps like QFD, FMEA, PPAP, etc. and integrating the relevant quality processes with corresponding NPDI process phase in PLM.
